ABOUT
Silver Poplars is a modern Park Home site with the majority of the homes being less than 15 years old. There are a small number of remaining plots for new homes, which once installed will complete the redevelopment. The owner is willing to provide the type of home required by the purchaser.
Each home benefits from a surrounding garden with a garden shed and a block paved drive for parking of private vehicles. All residents take pride in maintaining attractive gardens. The properties are well spaced out and accessed by a tarmacadamed road with good street lighting, which is maintained by the owner. All mains utilities are available, supplied and billed direct to each property by the provider. Park Homes are rated at Band A council tax. A monthly ground rent is payable to the owner.
There is a large recreational area known as “The Paddock” again maintained by the owner, which is used by the residents for social functions and gatherings. The Residents’ Association have purchased a marquee and large BBQ, which are in regular use throughout the year.
All residents must be 50 plus and no dogs are allowed, although consideration would be given to new residents who already own a dog. However, the future possession of a dog would not be permitted. There are currently no dogs on the Park. A full list of the Park Home Rules is available upon request.
Conveniently located in a rural area surrounded by farm land with good road links to the nearby villages of Albrighton and Codsall and is within 6 miles of the City of Wolverhampton. From the Park’s hilltop location it enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding Staffordshire and Shropshire countryside. There are many country walks leading directly from the Park.
